Two members of the Brownswood team are set to take part in a charity cycle to this year's Dimensions festival.
Held in Croatia, Dimensions is the smaller, rather more intimate cousin to Outlook. Rapidly developing a character of its own, it seems that the event is gathering a community of like minds.
Returning this summer, a slew of British fans will make their way to Croatia. However some will take a little longer to get there - with two members of the Brownswood team deciding to cycle all the way to Dimensions.
Taking two friends along for the ride, the project is named Beat N Trail and aims to raise money for the Steve Reid Foundation. Set up in memory of the legendary drummer, the charity aims to aid young musicians and has enjoyed the support of Theo Parrish, Floating Points, Kieran Hebden and more.
Here's a statement from the team: "We are the Beat 'N' Trail team. A crew of four friends who will be cycling from London to Dimensions Festival in Southern Croatia. We are raising funds for two charities; the Steve Reid Foundation and The Back Up Trust. Setting off on the 24th August, we will be crossing seven countries on our marathon trip, and covering over 1000 miles on our two week trip."
