Blink-182 are set to headline next summer’s instalment of Reading and Leeds festival.
One of the biggest festivals in the country, Reading and Leeds is a virtually a rite of passage for any music fan. With tickets now on sale, organisers have managed to keep details of the bill under lock and key.
This afternoon, though, the key was turned and the lock thrust open. Blink-182 are set to headline Reading and Leeds in 2014, their first time at the dual-site festival since a similar headline slot back in 2010.
Elsewhere, Jake Bugg is set to appear while Metronony, Of Mice And Men, Wilkinson and more have been confirmed.
Speaking about their appearance, Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus said: "I'm stoked to play Reading & Leeds 2014. It's our fourth time playing the festivals, and we're very honoured. The new year will see us in the studio preparing new music, getting ready to rock the fine people of the UK. Prepare for the fury."
