The annual Bird's Eye Film Festival is set to take place between March 6th - 14th, celebrating the achievements of women in the film industry.
Only 7% of directors are women, and no female director has ever won a coveted Oscar. Just in time for International Women's Day, the ICA and BFI have joined forces to showcase the best in modern film-making, done from a woman's perspective.
Events lined up for the festival include a fashion retrospective, Bella Freud co-directing with John Malkovich and designer Emma Cook's cinematic offering "Screen Test Susie".
