Belleruche have confirmed plans for a farewell show after deciding to take a break.
It might be farewell, but it needn't be goodbye. After eight years Tru Thoughts stalwarts and 'turntable soul' advocates Belleruche have decided to take a break. The trio will embark on new projects, exploring avenues and alleyways which group work doesn't otherwise allow.
In the meantime, the group are plotting a 28 track 'Best Of' album which will be released through their long term home of Tru Thoughts this Autumn. Available from October 28th, the album contains a selection from the band's four studio albums as well as remixes, demos and more.
Alongside this, Belleruche will play a one off show at London venue XOYO to bring down the curtain on this stage of their career. A 'farewell show' fans will descend on the East London nightspot on November 13th, with tickets on sale now.
Here's the video for 'Northern Girls'.
