Beatles Re-Release Announced

Back catalogue remastered

One of pop's most illustrious back catalogues is set to sound better than ever with The Beatles due to re-release every one of their studio albums.

The Beatles barely need an introduction. John, Paul, George and Ringo these were four lads who changed the world. Emerging from the Liverpool rock 'n' roll scene their tough as nails sound was mixed with sublime harmonies and a distinctive look to create a perfect pop package.

The world fell for them, in a way that has rarely been seen before or since. The Beatles helped bring about huge innovations in songwriting, recording techniques and even the way albums were released.

Never failing to push their own artistic boundaries the band imploded in 1970 leaving behind them a music scene that would have been unthinkable without their songs. Since their split the band's influence has arguably grown, with The Beatles' music now traversing generations and continents to become one of the most important bodies of modern music on the planet.

Now after four years work, the band can unveil the newly re-mastered versions of their albums. With the sound improved as never before by a dedicated team of engineers at EMI’s Abbey Road Studios in London, this is a genuinely historic event.

Each album will come complete with replicated original UK album art, including expanded booklets containing original and newly written liner notes and rare photos. The new collection comprises all twelve of the Beatles studio albums, and as an added bonus will mark the first time that the first four Beatles albums will be available in stereo in their entirety on compact disc.

The Beatles re-release their entire back catalogue on September 9th.
