Beatles Material Surfaces Online
Unreleased track emerges
Fans of The Beatles have been stunned by a new track that has emerged online and was supposedly recorded by the Fab Four.
The new song is a version of 'Revolution 1' which appears on the legendary 'White Album'.
Although it has yet to be officially verified, the track certainly sounds like the band - click HERE to listen to it!
The new track is supposedly 'Take 20' of the song, and seems to bridge the gap between 'Revolution 1' and 'Revolution 9'. The twin tracks both appear on the 'White Album', and while one is a blues driven rocker the second uses a number of tape loops and studio affects.
The new track is quite similar to 'Revolution 1' before the second half descends into a barrage of tape loops and studio trickery. The new version of 'Revolution 1' is also seven minutes longer than the recorded version, finding The Beatles stretching out into strange new territory.
Containing a good five minutes of 'avant garde' screaming and drumming by the group, the new song finishes with a barrage of speech from John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
The unreleased Beatles material has yet to be verified.
