Beady Eye and Johnny Marr are amongst the latest additions to the line up for FIB Benicassim.
Rapidly becoming the festival of choice for adventurous British music fans, FIB Benicassim is proving to be an enduring draw. Each year organisers seem able to piece together an eye catching line up, one that matches big name headliners with an eclectic trawl across the genres.
This morning (April 22nd) FIB Benicassim announced a new batch of additions. Beady Eye are gearing up for the release of second album 'BE' and the band are clearly in the mood to experiment.
Working with Dave Sitek, recent track 'Flick Of The Finger' matched space rock guitars to searing brass before ending with the words of a French revolutionary writer. Set to drop by Benicassim, Beady Eye's set will no doubt be laden with new material.
Elsewhere, Johnny Marr has been added to the line up. The iconic guitarist recently released a re-invigorated solo album, and his live shows have displayed a palpable sense of energy.
Other new additions include Primal Scream, with the dance line up containing appearances from Knife Party, Skream, Wretch 32 and more.
Tickets are on sale now.
FIB Benicassim runs between July 18th - 21st.
