Legendary UK dance act Basement Jaxx have announced a massive UK tour set to begin in February 2009.
Love them or loathe them, their critics can't ignore the live potency of Basement Jaxx who remain one of the UK's biggest dance acts.
Formed in 1994 by Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe, the band waited until 1999 before dropping their debut album, 'Remedy'. A smash hit, it contained the now classic single 'Red Alert'.
The band have been inactive since the release of 'Crazy Itch Radio' in 2006, and are thought to be working on new material.
The new tour kicks off with a spectacular gig on February 11th at the Manchester Apollo and will end with a double header at the famous London Roundhouse.
