Autechre Gets Busy

New Material Announced

Ear botherer and legend of UK electronica Autechre has announced the release of new material - scant months after his last album "Quaristice" hit the shops.

Starting on May 19th, the electronic artist will be releasing 13 new tracks over a two-week period - which amounts to over 140 minutes of unreleased material. The new music comprises of alternate versions of tracks from "Quaristice" and it's bonus 2-CD version.

Initially released on bleep.com the tracks will then become available as EP bundles on other major music download services. The releases are accompanied by unique new artwork by Design Republic, who also designed the cover of "Quaristice".

The new Autechre material will be available from May 19th.
