Arctic Monkeys New Material
Band play New Zealand show
Sheffield's indie sensations Arctic Monkeys debuted four new songs in a gig in new Zealand on Monday (January 12th) it has been reported.
The band have been working on their forthcoming third album with Queens Of The Stone Age mainman Josh Homme and have plenty of new material to pick from. Playing the Welling Town Hall in New Zealand the band tore through a stunning set, their first live performance in some time.
The group played four new songs: 'Dangerous Animals', 'Pretty Visitors', 'Go-Kart' and 'Crying Lightning'.
Before the band played their first song Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner told the crowd "hello everyone, this is our first gig for about a year, so you might have to bear with us."
