As tickets for nationwide tour go on sale...
Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys have added a second night at London venue Earls Court as tickets for their nationwide tour go on sale. One of the biggest bands in the land, Arctic Monkeys recently announced plans for a new tour. Taking place in the Autumn, the venues are typically massive in scale as the band gear up for the release of new album 'AM'.

Opening in Newcastle on October 22nd, the tour hits Earls Court in London on October 25th. Arctic Monkeys will play Glasgow on November 1st, before ending the tour with a hometown show.

The band are set to arrive in Sheffield on November 2nd, performing at the Motorpoint Arena. Tickets went on sale this morning, with demand said to be overwhelming.

As a result, Arctic Monkeys have added a second night at the Earls Court in London on October 26th. It'll be one of the last chances you get to witness the Sheffield band perform in the historic venue.

Built in 1937, Boris Johnson has given the go ahead for the building to be demolished as part of controversial regeneration plans for the surrounding area.

Tickets are on sale now.
