Arcade Fire DVD Rumours

Canadian orchestral pop wonders Arcade Fire have got fans pondering the possibility of a tour film release, with the band launching a new website with live footage and a cryptic message.

The Canadian group have stunned music fans since the release of their debut album 'Funeral'. Blending wonderfully strong melody lines to a vast orchestral sensibility, Arcade Fire have a devoted following with their gigs often becoming transcendental experiences.

Attempts to log on to the band's official website today (December 11th) have lead to being re-directed to another site, where fans can watch a streaming clip of the group in action.

Adding to the rumours, Arcade Fire have added the text 'Miroir Noir, Neon Bible Archives, Coming Soon'.

Update: Ponder no more fans of Arcade Fire! The band have just issued a statement revealing that their new tour documentary 'Miroir Noir' will be released on Monday December 15th. Directed by Vincent Morisset, the digital download and standard edition DVD feature the 70 minute film Miroir Noir. The deluxe edition DVD contains bonus material including Arcade Fire’s live performances on Jonathon Ross and Saturday Night Live.
