Animal Collective have recently released their quite superb new album 'Merriweather Post Pavillion' and seem quick to strike while the iron's hot with a new single being announced.

Perhaps the most acclaimed album in years, and very definitely the band's highest moment to date, Animal Collective's new album has stunned critics with its breath-taking vision, melody and ambition. It seems as if no project is too outlandish for the group, as they rush from their indie conclave and into the mainstream.

New single 'My Girls' is taken from the album and could well see Animal Collective crack the charts. A gorgeous track full of celestial harmonies and euphoric instrumentation, 'My Girls' is one of the stand out tracks on the album and a superb single in its own right.
