Amy Winehouse Collapses

Reports are coming in that Grammy award winning pop singer Amy Winehouse has been admitted to hospital.

The singer has been on holiday in the Caribbean for some time, attracting a posse of paparazzi recording her every move.

The long time drug user had been using a replacement in order to wean herself off her habit, but according to a report in the Sun collapsed on Friday night (February 13th).

The singer was allegedly taken to hospital on the island of St Lucia.

This is the latest set back for the singer who has not released an album since the phenomenally successful 'Back To Black' in 2007. Bagging a record Grammy haul, her success has not brought Winehouse peace having endured a torrid marriage and frequent stays in hospital.

Last year Amy Winehouse was hospitalised for some time with chronic bronchitis, allegedly brought on by smoking crack. The wayward star has reportedly been writing new material while on holiday, and was set to record a new album soon.
