'Homecoming Series' 2008 Planned

The bands for this year's Homecoming series have been announced, with three gigs taking place on the 20thand 21st of December. The three dates will see Dogs, The Rascals and The Young Knivesall performing at different venues.

The series will see the bands returning to their Hometowns and paying homage to their roots, with tweed-punks The Young Knives playing their stomping ground - Oxford- and The Rascals set for a Liverpool date whilst scuzz-punks Dogs will play London. The show in Liverpool may well be The Rascals' last UK date for a while, after singer and Last Shadow Puppet Miles Kane recently claimed he will have a break early next year and "go to Italy with a guitar". The bands will play these venues :

Sunday 21st December - Carling Academy Liverpool: THE RASCALS
Sunday 21st December - Carling Academy Oxford: THE YOUNG KNIVES
