Patrick Carney is injured...
The Black Keys

A stripped down two piece, The Black Keys manage to create an astounding noise for such a minimal set up.

Sadly, this also renders them vulnerable in certain ways. Drummer Patrick Carney has suffered an injury and - with no other option - the band have been forced to pull their upcoming European tour.

In a statement The Black Keys said:

“We are very sorry to have to cancel our upcoming performances through March 10. Patrick needs time to heal. We thank all of our fans for their support and we’re looking forward to getting back on the road.”

British dates disrupted by the move are:

February
27 Manchester Arena
28 Birmingham Genting Arena

March
1 Glasgow The SSE Hydro
3 London The O2
4 Manchester Motorpoint Arena
5 Manchester First Direct Arena
