Ride Announce Village Underground Show

Plus, check out new cut 'All I Want'...

Ride have announced plans for a headline show London's Village Underground.

The shoegaze band will release new album 'Weather Diaries' on June 16th (pre-order LINK), their first blast of new material in two decades.

The previews are coming thick and fast, with Ride sharing a new cut alongside plans for a show at Village Underground.

The band will play the show on June 12th, and to toast the news they have also shared 'All I Want'.

Andy Bell explains: "The day we recorded 'All I Want,' Theresa May had announced that her government would be making firms list their foreign workers. As it turned out that never happened because of the outcry about it, but that was the origin of the line comparing the U.K. to 1930's Germany. It's not like Ride are 'going political' it's more that the current state of the UK is so terrible that we could not avoid writing about it when we were writing lyrics for the album."

Tune in now.
