Shellac pick out Wire, Mission of Burma...

Shellac have confirmed a few more choices for Nightmare Before Christmas, with Wire, Mission of Burma and more taking part.

Taking place in the run up to December 25th, Nightmare Before Christmas is an annual space for music fans to excuse themselves from the festive rush. Returning this year, All Tomorrows Parties have handed the keys to long time friends Shellac of North America.

Albini & Co. are working hard to perfect the bill, and the latest batch of additions has got the Clash team fair champing at the bit.

Legendary British group Wire are set to perform at Nightmare Before Christmas, following the artistic success which was last year's 'Red Barked Tree'.

An always enthralling live band, Wire never sit making each performance a genuinely unique experience. Set to appear at Nightmare Before Christmas, the punk group will be joined by The Membranes, The Ex and more.

American group Mission of Burma are rolling back the years, with their reformation proving to be one of the more artistically durable flung up by this period of near continual re-unions.

Remaining an inspirational force, Mission of Burma will make the trip to the UK this winter for what will no doubt be a special performance. Joining the bill for Nightmare Before Christmas, the seminal band are set to be joined by Helen Money, Dead Rider and plenty of others.
