Kano (And Friends) To Perform At Great Escape Spotlight Show

New additions confirmed for Brighton festival...

Kano is set to play a special Spotlight show at this year's Great Escape festival.

The rapper returned last year with emphatic new album 'Made In The Manor', a return to his roots in order to plot a path for the future.

Nominated for the Mercury Prize, Kano is set to follow 'Made In The Manor' with a special show at the Great Escape.

The London artist will journey down to Brighton for a special spotlight show at the Old Market on May 19th, gathering some friends and special guests along the way.

The line up will include Little Simz, Ghetts, Kojo Funds, DJ Maximum and DJ’s Elijah and Skilliam – one to look out for, we reckon.

Kano said: “I can't wait to get back onstage with my band, and what makes it even more exciting is that I got some friends with me. And they just so happen to be some of the best in the game today.”

Other new additions to the Great Escape line up include Raye, Belly Squad, Kojo Fund, Rejjie Snow, and Steflon Don.

Tickets are on sale now.

The Great Escape runs between May 18th – 20th.
