just realised i can set the old ipod to play a playlist as an alarm in the morning (obviously in it's sound dock thingy)
So i need help putting together a nice gentle wake up playlist (no death metal please funny guys and gals!)
So far i have -
The Beatles -Blackbird
The Orb - Little Fluffy Clouds

Believe it or not but I used

Believe it or not but I used to listen to Stiff Little Fingers before heading in to lectures. Always wanted to start the day with a bang, so on would go "Alternative Ulster" while I munched down my Cheetos. Course, with a Maths lecture at 9 am you need something to motivate you...........

The 88 - How Good It Can

The 88 - How Good It Can Be.

I used to use that iPod function a lot. This song used to be the first song on my alarm playlist, and it really gave me a good feeling when I was getting up in the morning.

"I wish I was a baller, I

"I wish I was a baller, I wish I had a girl that looked good I would call her,"
Haha, epic song right there.

well, tried it this

well, tried it this morning.... disaster!
as well as playing my chilled out tunes it also gave off a horrible buzz!
Bad start.
then, it turns out all the stuff that seemed reasonable enough the night before sounds like death metal when you are milliseconds into conciousness!
I think i'll just go load it up with some ambient stuff and be done with it (of course,i'll probably sleep right through it)
