Iceland Airwaves

Building in stature since it's 1999 debut, the Iceland Airwaves festival boasts an always varied and international line up of bleeding edge artists as well as the crazily prolific local scene. As much a feature as the music is the city's famously warm welcome and the intimate nature of the Festival's venues.

The line up for the 2008 event hasn't been annouced yet but you'd be safe to book your tickets anyway.
