Electric Picnic

Those heading along and expecting a calm and delicate boutique type affair at the Electric Picnic this year are gonna be in for a surprise. The festival once again takes place in the picturesque setting of Stradbally Hall grounds, the ancestral home of the Cosby family (no, not that one) and is a massive estate not far from Dublin. With a wealth of comedy, arts and excellent music on offer this festival is now a major player in the Irish festival season. It’s an essential stop off, on the summer circuit of fun, frolics and festivals.
