Young upstarts...

As the James Stewart classic 'It's A Wonderful Life' so accurately observes - "youth is wasted on the wrong people..."

But Young Kato seem to wear their age well. Precocious types, the band performed to 70,000 people in Bristol last year before penning a deal with Manchester based imprint LAB Records.

A six piece, their mixture of Friendly Fires style indie-dance and Morrissey-inspired laments are getting numerous figures in that-there music industry all hot under the collar.

The four track ‘Young Kato EP’ is set to be released on July 23rd, with lead track 'Drink, Dance, Play' hitting radio.
