After yesterday’s adrenaline-rush riot of Fucked Up’s ‘Twice Born’, how’s about we slow things down for a bleary-eyed Tuesday?
Vessels are a five-piece from the north of England. Their music fluctuates between wildly adventurous post-rock and deeply introspective electro passages. Their debut album, ‘White Fields And Open Devices’, is a recommended purchase for fans of Sigur Ros, Battles, 65daysofstatic and Epic45 – read about it HERE, why don’tcha.
This Track of the Day offering, ‘Descent’, is a b-side to the single ‘A Hundred Times In Every Direction’, and is something of a remix of a past single, ‘Yuki’ (watch the video HERE). It showcases Vessels at their most relaxed, glitch beats peppering a blissful backdrop of ambient washes and drifting, disjointed vocals.
