They’re quite probably the coolest band in the world right now and their fourth album, ‘Dear Science’, was among last year’s very best long-play releases. They are TV On The Radio, and it’s to the NYC five-piece we turn for the first TotD of 2009.

This is a remix of their single ‘Dancing Choose’, which comes out today via 4AD. The level-fiddling and beats-swapping comes from Warp-signed avant-hopper Prefuse 73, a.k.a. Guillermo Scott Herren. His last LP, ‘Preparations’, was released in 2007.
