Dubstep is one of the most potent musical forms in Britain today.

From its origins in the garage scene, through to the uncompromising bass wars of 2007 and beyond dubstep has shifted and evolved beyond any criticisms that can be lobbed at it.

Last year Skream took sub-bass into the Top Ten with his re-working of La Roux, sparking a trend for dubstep remixes. Some, to be fair, were obviously tossed out without a minute's thought however some are rather special.

Hailing from Manchester Delphic were already familiar with dancefloor trends. Produced by Ewan Pearson their new single 'Doubt' hints at an adolescence spent gurning in clubs across the nation.

'Single Of The Week' here on ClashMusic, 'Doubt' could well propel Delphic into the charts. If the original track doesn't work, dubstep guru Ramadanman has given the track a hefty dose of wobble to ease its transition into the mainstream.
