Rowdy Superstar likes to show off.
Hell, it's there in the name - anyone who decides to name themselves 'superstar' is never going to be a wallflower. Piecing together his debut album with Matthew Herbert, though, it's clear that Rowdy Superstar is eager to prove that their is substance to the pose.
Hooking up with Accidental, new album 'Battery' drops later this year. Speaking recently, Mr Superstar made clear his debt to the influential producer: "Working with Herbertronic was literally a dream come true, we had so much fun playing with sound. He facilitated every vision i had for this record and completely supported and pushed me in my no limits approach to making music. I tend to have lots of ideas and put them all into one song, Matthew taught me how to strip the fat."
New single 'Look Into The Light' is a case in point. Stripped down, exact and to the point, the track comes equipped with a new video.
