Unleashing his full-on Rawk beast, 'Mugiboogie' sees the man assign his laptop twiddling past to the bin and cranking the amps up to ten.
Put together with a 'proper' band, the album took three years of jamming in the garage to pull together and pass Mugison's own strict quality control.
The Icelandic polymath, real name Örn Elías Guðmundsson, also curates the 'I Never Went South' festival with his father in Iceland's remote Northern fjords.
