The fashion label is the latest to collaborate with the beauty giant.

Launching today, Selfridges’ latest in-store extravaganza is titled ‘The Beauty Project’ and does pretty much what it says on the tin, set to feature talks, photobooths and exclusive collaborations across the next month.

One such one off is a beauty line from Proenza Schouler – pronounced ‘pro-en-za skool-er’ as artfully defined in this recent video – the eternally modern designer label from New York based Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.

Partnering with M.A.C, them behind musician beauty lines by the likes of Rihanna, Beth Ditto and the forthcoming Lorde range, this new collection is made up of 15 pieces, from eye liner’s in ‘Rich Experience’ to nail lacquer’s so-called ‘Clean Plum’.

Alongside the cosmetic giant’s fine product reputation, the range boasts smart packaging via Proenza Schouler’s clean font and sunset esc stripes of green, yellow and purple; we suggest the purchase of a new make-up bag to maintain standards.
