The concept stores hook up for a unique Christmas shop.

Take one of Soho’s finest and a second from Bloomsbury, give them a theme and make sure they stick; Christmas 2013 is going monochrome, baby.

The ones and twos in question are OTHER/shop and Darkroom, choice independents from London’s fine array of shops. Launching next week, the two have paired up to open a pop-up in Fouberts Place, offering black and white products until 14th January.

Amongst the swag on offer, own line textiles, ceramics and jewellery will be available, while customers can also purchase Peter Jensen, T&F, Amie Howarth and OTHER x Lee Jeans.

Adding to the merriment, November Books and Black Isle Bakery will be hosting a book corner and tearoom respectively, while a silent screening of 1929’s ‘Man With a Movie Camera’ will take place with a live soundtrack.

Speaking of the collaboration, Darkroom co-founder Rhonda Drakford said, “Joining forces with OTHER/shop is extremely exciting as this theme is a meeting point of a shared vision.”

Similarly, Matthew Murphy of OTHER/shop commented, “we have always wanted a reason to work with our close friends from DARKROOM. Their ethos of supporting and finding young creatives from the world of accessories
and interiors is akin to our vision.”

It seem aesthetic values aren’t all they share.

From Monday 9th December.
