Geox Presents New:Do

The brand drops a new eco model for SS16.

Founded in 1992, Geox is the Italian footwear label that claims legit credentials as the inventor of ‘shoes that breathe’, owing to its concrete focus on tech fabrics.

This season it intros a new model – ‘a tangible symbol of our undivided attention to all things ecological’, according to the press notes – the New:Do.

A menswear style, the shoes are part physical embodiment of the brand’s mission to reduce its impact on the environment, boasting elsewhere a contemporary design and minimalist silhouette.

Flaunting six colourways – brown, tan, grey, cream and black as well as the above white variety – the New:Do’s very being has been thought out to optimise and guarantee a confident level of sustainability.

As founder Mario Moretti Polegato explains it, “Our shoes have been designed to make people’s lives better and to work with them at each step of their life experience and wherever they are headed.”
