Dickies Life: Summer 16

The brand expands on its workwear horizons.

Shot by James Grant and art directed by creative agency Peach Fuzz, the latest look book offering from Dickies Life taps into casual London scenes over the course of two days in the city.

The conclusion of some serious internal chats (namely, how to fully occupy a space away from the day to day Dickies tractor scenarios of old), the brand’s Life division echoes the streetwear circles with which it has become synonymous.

Not only that, but the gentleman pictured above, Grant and Basi, work for Supreme and Slam City Skates respectively, making the whole shebang a proper inclusive affair.

Expanding on the aforementioned workwear staples that initially saw it picked up by skate subculture – because, as the accompanying press notes highlight, ‘the brand will always do great poly-cotton pants’ – for Summer 16 Dickies Life takes on a more obviously sartorial approach, dipping into floral prints and retro motifs.
