How a Cambridge educated TV presenter became the centre of a creative milieu that defined a generation is now a story for the cinema. Anthony H Wilson worked for over 30 years on Granada television, whilst also chairing Factory Records and running legendary superclub the Hacienda. The collapse of Factory, and subsequently, of the Hacienda, did little to diminish his mythic status. Indeed, three films have recently been made which feature him prominently. Tony Wilson died in 2007.
