Emerging Wigan in the early 90s with a ambitions as vast as their psychedelic sound, The Verve battled indifference and internal division to become one of the biggest and most important British bands of the decade. Final album "Urban Hymns" was a global success, but the band split soon after. Rumours of reformation in 2007 proved to be true, with a new album by The Verve scheduled for 2008. Members
