Supergroup featuring Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys) and The Rascals' Miles Kane.
This side-project had it been shit, could have been the first blow to the so-far impervious career of the Monkeys, but as it turned out, only reinforced the frustratingly precocious talents of young Alex. Their success, however overshadowed The Rascals' own release this year, a fact that the other two members couldn't have failed to realise.
Grandly dramatic, warm, romantic and funny ' The Age Of The Understatement" is hopefully the first of many new albums for the Puppets.
