The Beach Boys

Surfin' American Hit Makers

Surfin' American hit makers. Centred on the borthers Wilson (Brian, Carl, Dennis) and cousin Mike Love, the band defined early 60s US pop, before branching out. Their masterpiece "Pet Sounds" is regularly voted the greatest album ever made in magazine polls. Brian's loss of creativity due to mental health / drug issues is the stuff of music legend, but recently more focus has been paid to the output of his brothers. The deaths of Carl and Dennis prevent a full re-union, but Brian Wilson has yet to be reconciled to his fellow members.
