As a singer, Ronnie Spector's vocals wrapped themselves around some of the most vital early pop hits courtesy of future husband Phil Spector. Their marriage was a traumatic time for Ronnie, and lead to a downturn in her career. Her 1989 autobiography was a sensation, revealing the madness behind Phil Spector, and re-established Ronnie as a voice in the music world. She still tours today.
