Born Polly Jean Harvey this English musician has gone her own way for over 25 years now. Debut album "Dry" was an instant classic, marrying tough, blue influenced music to lyrics hewn from a woman's perspective. Despite changes in image and musical direction Harvey has remained a fresh and innovative voice in British music.
