Pete Doherty - formerly of the Libertines and currently frontman with Babyshambles - releases a debut solo album in 2009. Few artists in history have created more headlines than the erstwhile Libertines and Babyshambles frontman.

Now, apparently off drugs, and with THAT relationship behind him, he's putting his band to one side and releasing a solo album. In a world exclusive Pete Doherty talks to Clash in Issue 34, out January 8th 2009, about his desire to silence the critics once and for all.
