The Foo Fighters continue to go from strength to strength and are still the world’s premier rock band, providing the ultimate experience you can rely on to explode your senses. It’s a long time since they rose phoenix-like from the ashes of one of history’s most important bands but, as if tainted with the ongoing compulsion of self-validation, each time they return with a new album it sounds like a step further forward in the evolution of America’s most popular alien-obsessed thrash merchants.
